Do you offer wholesale, corporate, or bulk orders?
Yes. Piedra offers wholesale and corporate options for in-catalog products, gifting, engraving, colorways, and certain custom projects. If you are ordering for a team, event, store, or client gifting program, choose the wholesale, corporate, or bulk option in the contact form.
What types of wholesale or corporate projects do you support?
We currently support in-catalog bulk orders, corporate gifting, engraving, colorways, gift-ready kitting, and select custom car projects. Timelines and pricing depend on quantity, customization, and shipping needs.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom model projects are reviewed after purchase or inquiry, and feasibility is typically confirmed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, custom builds generally take around 15-30 days depending on the scope.
Are custom or personalized orders returnable?
Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable. Because they are made specifically for that order, we recommend confirming all details carefully before production begins.
Do you work on collaborations or partnerships?
Yes. We are open to collaborations, creator partnerships, and select brand opportunities that fit Piedra Studios. The best inquiries are clear about audience, concept, and what kind of collaboration you have in mind.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. If the label has already been created or the package is already in transit, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will let you know the cleanest next step.
What if my package says delivered, but I do not have it?
First, check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, front desk, or any package area nearby. Sometimes packages show as delivered slightly before they arrive. If it still does not show up after 24-48 hours, reach out to us and we will help you review the next step.
