What is the minimum?
Ten units. Mix any models to reach it, the discount applies to the whole order.
How long does a batch take?
Catalog models ship in two to three weeks. A new model needs design, a mold, and a sample first, which runs eight to fourteen weeks.
Can you engrave a logo?
Yes. Up to four placements per piece. Logos need a PNG or a vector file.
Can you match a brand color?
Yes, We hand-paint finishes and match to a specific color.
How does shipping work?
Quoted separately and invoiced once boxes are packed, since cost follows weight and count. Every piece ships in its own protective box.
What are the payment terms?
Half up front to start production, the second half is needed before pieces ship.
